Python Backend Developer

Python Backend Developer (12 Years Experience)

Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are hiring Python Backend Developers to help build and maintain backend services, data workflows, and automation pipelines. The role involves working with APIs, databases, data extraction processes, and modern backend frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and REST APIs using FastAPI / Django
• Work on data pipelines , scheduling, and automation (Airflow)
• Build and maintain web scraping scripts and extraction tools
• Write clean, efficient Python code and troubleshoot issues
• Work with MongoDB , indexing, and query optimization
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
• Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of existing systems

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in Python development (motivated freshers may apply)
• Good understanding and hands on experience of FastAPI and Django
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB
• Hands on experience of Airflow, ETL workflows, or scheduling systems
• Basic experience in web scraping (BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
• Familiar with Git, Linux, and REST APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
• Knowledge of Docker, cloud storage (MinIO/S3)

Good to Have

• Experience with vector databases (Weaviate, OpenSearch, Milvus, etc.)
• Basic understanding of transformer models , embeddings, and LLM concepts
• Experience integrating external APIs or handling large datasets
• Familiarity with asynchronous Python or multiprocessing
