Python Automation Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an Automation Engineer who is passionate about replacing manual workflows with scalable, fault-tolerant automation. This role focuses on building resilient systems that can handle failure gracefully, recover automatically, and operate reliably across complex environments. You will play a key role in designing automation that grows with the business while minimizing operational overhead.

Technology Stack and Environment

• Python
• Cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• HL7 and FHIR
• MongoDB
• Windows and Linux environments

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation systems with strong fault detection and recovery mechanisms.
• Create and monitor reliable automation pipelines with multiple safeguards against failure points.s
• Develop Selenium-based automation for complex and dynamic applications, including robust download and upload workflows, to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation.
• Continuously identify manual processes and convert them into automated, repeatable solutions.
• Automate data ingestion and transfer from APIs, FTP endpoints, and other external sources
• Build and maintain large-scale scripting and automation environments
• Monitor automation health and proactively address reliability and performance issues
• Contribute throughout the full development lifecycle as a core technical resource
• Support and improve existing automation and production systems as needed
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Strong Python programming skills with at least two years of hands-on experience
• Experience with Selenium or other DOM automation tools
• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux fundamentals
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across distributed systems
• Automation-first mindset with a focus on scalability and long-term maintainability
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality results
• Strong passion for problem-solving and complex technical challenges
• Understanding of data protection, security principles, and secure automation practices
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN
• Experience designing or working within multi-process or concurrent architectures

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PyAutoGUI
• Experience building or integrating Flask-based APIs
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB
• Experience managing or deploying virtual machines in cloud environments
