TekPillar is hiring Python Automation Engineer with strong expertise in mobile automation using Appium. The ideal candidate must have deep hands-on experience in framework development, BDD implementation using Pytest, and strong architectural understanding of automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable mobile automation frameworks using Python

Implement BDD concepts using Pytest (markers, fixtures, parametrization)

Develop and execute automation scripts using Appium

Perform parallel device execution and optimize test runs

Integrate Allure reporting for execution tracking

Enhance and maintain existing automation framework architecture

Apply OOPS concepts effectively within automation design

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery

Mandatory Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Python programming

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Appium

Strong experience with Pytest and BDD implementation

Experience in Robot Framework

Hands-on experience with Allure reporting

Experience in parallel device activation/execution

Strong understanding of automation framework architecture

Clear implementation knowledge of OOPS concepts
