About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Python Architect/ Python Enterprise Application Specialist with deep expertise in building scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have significant handson experience in Python development, strong understanding of web services, cloud platforms, and the ability to design robust technical solutions. This role also requires leadership skills, mentoring capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders.

Key Skills & Requirements

Technical Expertise

1. 10+ years of experience in software development, with 56 years of strong handson Python programming.
2. At least 6 years of experience in designing and building enterprise-grade solutions.
3. Experience developing RESTful Web Services.
4. Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, with strong understanding of database management concepts.
5. 3+ years of experience in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) or any major cloud platform (AWS/Azure).
6. Strong understanding of web services, API standards, authentication, and integration patterns.
7. Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms and ability to apply them in real-world application development.

Solutioning & Prototyping

• Ability to quickly build prototypes and proofofconcepts to validate ideas and approaches.
• Strong capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Leadership & Communication

• Ability to present to leadership and clearly articulate complex technical scenarios.
• Experience mentoring engineers and supporting their technical growth.
• Comfortable working across cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Python and related technologies.
• Build, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs for high-performance and secure operations.
• Lead architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Drive prototype development, proof-of-concepts, and technical evaluations.
• Work with cloud services (GCP/AWS/Azure) to deploy, manage, and optimize application workloads.
• Analyze complex technical challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement robust solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior and midlevel engineers on best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver highquality software solutions.
• Ensure best practices in performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
