Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Python.
• Build and maintain microservices, RESTful APIs, and automation scripts.
• Integrate AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, Step Functions, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager.
• Optimize cloud functions for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or Jenkins.
• Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, high-performing cloud solutions.
• Ensure logging, monitoring, and alerting for Lambda functions and other AWS resources.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and best practice enforcement across teams.
• Lead or mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
Required Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Python (OOP, error handling, concurrency, libraries like boto3, pandas, requests, etc.).
• Proven experience in AWS Lambda and serverless architecture.
• Hands-on with AWS core services – S3, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, IAM, API Gateway, Step Functions.
• Expertise in REST API design, JSON handling, and third-party API integrations.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and automated deployment practices.
• Familiarity with event-driven systems and asynchronous processing.
• Experience working with Git, Agile methodologies, and unit/integration testing frameworks.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Python + AWS Lambda Developer to design, develop, and optimize serverless cloud applications on AWS. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python programming, AWS services, and cloud-native architecture, with strong hands-on experience in automation, API development, and distributed system design.
