PYP Facilitator

This is a full-time on-site position in Hyderabad for a PYP Facilitator. The role involves creating inquiry-based learning experiences in alignment with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing engaging lesson plans, facilitating student-centered learning, fostering collaboration and curiosity among students, assessing individual progress using effective evaluation methods, and actively participating in professional development and faculty collaboration. The PYP Facilitator will also nurture a global perspective and encourage critical thinking and creativity in students.

• Strong knowledge of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework and methodologies
• Proficiency in designing and implementing lesson plans that prioritize inquiry-based, student-centered learning
• Effective communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
• Experience with assessment strategies, evaluation techniques, and providing constructive feedback to support student growth
• A Bachelors degree in Education, subject specialization, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)
• Relevant teaching certification or qualification recognized by IB schools
• Passion for fostering creativity, critical thinking, and a global outlook in students
• Previous experience in an IB school environment is preferred
