Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate PYP (Primary Years Programme) Facilitator for a full-time position at our Hyderabad campus. The PYP Facilitator will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the IB curriculum, fostering inquiry-based learning, and promoting critical thinking among young students. The facilitator will collaborate with colleagues, maintain a nurturing classroom environment, assess student progress, and actively participate in professional development initiatives. This is an on-site role that offers opportunities for growth and contribution to a dynamic learning ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Expertise in IB curriculum delivery, inquiry-based teaching, and educational planning for primary-grade levels.
• Strong Experience in PYP 4 & 5.
• Strong abilities in fostering collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking among young learners.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using innovative teaching tools and technology in the classroom.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and engagement in school initiatives.
• Bachelors degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field; IB workshop certifications are an added advantage.
• Prior experience as a PYP facilitator or in a similar role is preferred.
