Designation: Procurement Manager

Industry: Footwear / Manufacturing
Location: (Chennai)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for day-to-day operations
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to optimize costs
- Ensure timely procurement while maintaining optimal inventory levels
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, and compliance
- Analyze purchase data and prepare cost and procurement reports
- Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Administration or relevant field
- 612 years of experience in Procurement (Footwear industry preferred)
- Strong vendor sourcing, negotiation, and market research skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in maintaining procurement records and ERP systems
- Good command of English
