Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in Mumbai. Civil or Interior Fitout experience is a must. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services required for projects. Primary duties include negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The Purchasing Manager will also monitor inventory levels, assess purchasing budgets, and analyze market trends to make cost-effective purchases that align with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of procurement strategies, supplier evaluation, and contract management
• Proficiency in supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics coordination
• Ability to perform market research, analyze trends, and manage purchasing budgets
• Strong organizational skills and proven attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems, such as ERP, SAP platforms
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is must
