Job Description
IT Purchase Executive for IT Department
- Every task to be executed under IT Projects or New Initiatives
- Understand BOQ procurement / services requirements, support in evaluation options
- Call for quotes related to Active and Passive components for New Projects
- Projects related procurements and tracking
- Raising of purchase order post evaluating vendors / service providers
- Liaise with PIMO / Locations accounts / Registrar for timely closure of all commercial agreements, settlement invoice
- Call for quotes and proposal from Various Vendors
- Prepare comparative sheets
- Tracking of delivery under Projects
- Projects includes, SBMPT Phase 2 , MKM Hostel , Indore girls/boys/staff quarters , Hyderabad CCTV , Boys/girls/Academic building, Shirpur Hostel/Bunglow/RC Patel , Dhule AV Systems , Chandigarh Campus , Lucknow SDL campus and new upcoming sites.
