Purchasing Engineer

MAJORITY PERTAINING TO SERVICES, BUILDING MATERIALS, CAPEX, ALMOST ALL MATERIALS WHICH ARE REQUIRED FOR INITIAL PLANT SET UP IN CONSULTATION WITH RESPECTIVE BUYER AND HOD PURCHASE

• Responsible for starting the workflow with respective process owner, locating right supplier, getting quote, compilation and comparison.
• Responsible for arranging materials as per request with agreed lead time,
• Responsible for monitoring and clearing supplier's overdue payments with agreed terms.
• Responsible for maintaining purchase-related documents, drawings, agreements and record both hard copy in a file and soft copy in SAP. Advance review of all Vendors
• Responsible for review and to include documentation as required by legal team
