Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchase Specialist to manage the purchasing of products, materials, and services for our company. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, quality control, and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
• Track and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Check the quality of materials received.
• Coordinate with internal teams for procurement needs.
• Maintain updated records of invoices and payments.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
