Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Specialist based in Surat. The Purchase Specialist will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, overseeing procurement activities, creating and reviewing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role also involves vendor management, negotiating contracts, maintaining records, and analyzing data to optimize procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and handling Purchase Orders
• Strong understanding of Purchasing and Procurement strategies
• Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to assess data and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure timely material availability for projects
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement software is an advantage
• Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business
• Maintain purchase entries in Tally
