Purchase Manager ( PEB )

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager who can independently handle complete purchase activities , including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, order finalization, and timely material procurement . The candidate should ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end purchase activities for all materials, consumables, services.

Identify, evaluate, and develop new and existing vendors .

Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure order confirmation.

Track material deliveries and ensure timely availability as per project/production requirement.

Coordinate with Planning, Production, Site, and Accounts teams.

Control material costs and ensure best value purchasing .

Monitor market trends, especially Civil material , steel, Structural Steel and raw material prices .

Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.

Maintain proper documentation: POs, quotations, comparative statements, and vendor records.

Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and audit requirements.
