Role Description

We are expanding our lifestyle vertical and looking for a highly experienced Purchase Manager Apparel & Lifestyle Sourcing to lead factory sourcing and vendor development.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Identify and onboard compliant factories (SEDEX / BSCI / WRAP preferred)
2. Negotiate costing and commercial terms
3. Vendor development and relationship management
4. Capacity planning & production follow-ups
5. Ensure quality compliance as per brand standards
6. Handle sampling to bulk conversion
7. Maintain strong costing sheets and margin structures
8. Ensure factories meet audit and ethical standards
Work closely with founders for growth expansion
