Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Vadodara Area for a Purchase Manager. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for planning and executing procurement activities, vendor selection and management, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies, and maintaining optimal stock levels. The role also includes monitoring market trends, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and adhering to quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and supplier relationship management skills
• Knowledge in procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations specifically for Plastic Based FMCG Products
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to assess market trends and optimize costs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple procurement tasks
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel and other relevant applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective correspondence and reporting
• Experience in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
