Purchase Manager Facade

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement & Contracts Manager with strong expertise in faade materials procurement, vendor development, contract execution, and procurement planning.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of faade systems, aluminium profiles, structural glazing materials, and cladding components.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors for faade-related materials.
• Manage procurement of faade materials including:
• ACP Sheets
• HPL Sheets
• Screws & Fasteners
• Sheet Metal Components
• Insulation Materials
• Aluminium Profiles
• Conduct techno-commercial evaluations of suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and supply contracts.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining required quality standards.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic supplier relationships.

Structural Glass Systems Procurement

Manage sourcing for faade glass systems including:

• Tempered (Toughened) Glass
• Laminated Glass (PVB / SGP interlayer)
• Double Glazed Units (DGU)
• Low-E Coated Glass

Aluminium Framing Systems

Procure and manage sourcing of:

• Aluminium extrusions (mullions & transoms)
• Powder-coated / anodized aluminium
• Thermal break profiles
• EPDM gaskets

Structural Support Materials

Procurement of key faade structural components including:

• Structural steel brackets
• Anchor bolts and fasteners (SS 304 / SS 316)
• Spider fittings for frameless glazing
• Structural silicone sealants

Cladding & Panel Materials

Manage procurement of cladding materials used alongside glass faades:

• Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP)
• Stone cladding (granite / marble)
• Terracotta panels
• HPL panels
• Metal perforated panels
• Fire-rated sealants

Aluminium Profile Development & Costing

• Manage procurement and costing of aluminium profiles.
• Work with design and technical teams to optimize profile specifications.
• Evaluate tooling, extrusion, and finishing costs.
• Develop cost-effective sourcing strategies.

Procurement Planning & Forecasting

• Prepare monthly procurement plans aligned with project schedules.
• Review procurement forecasts and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure timely material availability to avoid project delays.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock holding.

Quality Coordination

• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for material approvals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Resolve supplier quality issues.
