Publisher Growth Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Publisher Acquisition & Evaluation Source and onboard content, video, CTV, and app publishers across India & SEA
• Evaluate publishers based on traffic quality, scale, geo mix, formats, and revenue potential
• Lead conversations from discovery through deal closure
• Monetization Strategy & Pitching Analyse publisher data to identify monetization gaps and opportunities
• Recommend the right AlchemyX product stack based on publisher profile
• Pitch solutions clearly, addressing UX, revenue, and performance concerns
• Structure commercially viable revenue-share or hybrid deals
• Onboarding & Publisher Management Coordinate onboarding with Ad Ops, Yield, and Tech teams Act as the primary point of contact post go-live
• Handle publisher queries, escalations, and performance discussions
• Identify upsell and optimization opportunities over time

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 46 years experience in publisher partnerships, ad monetization, or ad-tech
• Strong understanding of web, video, CTV, or app monetization
• Comfortable analysing data and making commercial recommendations
• Experience working with Indian publishers (SEA exposure is a plus)
• Clear communicator with strong ownership mindset
• Nice-to-Have Exposure to GAM or programmatic ecosystems
• Experience managing multiple publishers at scale
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
