Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Public Relations Executive who is also good at content writing who excels in writing high-quality, original, and creative content with a focus on crafting compelling brand narratives and speeches for our founder at key events. The ideal candidate will have a background in story scriptwriting, strong communication skills, and a passion for both content writing and public relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations (PR):

• Assist in the development and execution of the companys Public Relation strategy to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other Public Relation materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets.
• Monitor and analyse media coverage and report on Public Relations' performance.
• Respond to media inquiries and coordinate internally.
• Organize and assist in the execution of Public Relations events such as product launches, press conferences, and media briefings.
• Track industry trends and news to identify Public Relations opportunities.

Content Writing:

• Develop high-quality, original content for various platforms, with a special focus on developing impactful and engaging speeches for the company founder at key events, conferences, and public speaking engagements.
• Craft speeches that resonate with diverse audiences, aligning with the brand's voice, values, and strategic goals.
• Write clear, engaging, and informative copy across different channels, ensuring consistency in messaging.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to create relevant content.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to understand key messages and objectives for founder speeches and events.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Social Media & Community Engagement:

• Contribute to social media content and public-facing communications to engage with audiences.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in communications, English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Film/Media Studies, or a related field.

Experience

• 2yrs + years of experience in Public Relations,Content Writing or a related role.
• Experience of working closely with founder,leadership and CXO's are preferred.
• Strong background in story script writing or experience in crafting, dialogues, speeches, and narratives for public speaking.
• Experience with social media management and engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with PR tools, social media analytics, and media monitoring platforms is a plus.
