We are seeking a skilled PTG Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work model. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features that enhance user experience.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and debugging.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance and user satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge with team members.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability to ensure seamless user interactions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Document application architecture and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and expertise.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings and discussions.
  • Support the companys mission by developing applications that positively impact society and improve user experiences.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Flutter and Dart programming language.
  • Demonstrate experience in mobile application development with a focus on performance and user experience.
  • Show proficiency in integrating APIs and third-party libraries into mobile applications.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
