This is a full-time hybrid role for a Psychotherapist based in Bengaluru, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Psychotherapist will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing mental health concerns and promoting emotional well-being. Key responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, providing relationship counseling, developing and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining thorough client records. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and ongoing support for clients are also essential aspects of this role.

• Strong knowledge of Psychology, Mental Health, and Counseling
• Experience with Relationship Counseling and supporting interpersonal growth
• Familiarity with principles of Medicine as they relate to mental health support
• Empathy, active listening, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, with appropriate licensure or certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in client interactions
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a variety of mental health issues
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
