Job Title: Therapist Sexual Health (In-Clinic+ Online )

• Bengaluru In-clinic+ Online | Kannada-speaking mandatory

Employment Type: Independent Consultant / Contractual

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM (6 days Work Week/ Saturday-Sunday Mandatory)

Our therapists play a critical role in enabling long-term, outcome-driven care for patients navigating highly sensitive and personal challenges.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for qualified, empathetic, and clinically grounded therapists to join our growing network. This is a hybrid role involving both in-clinic and online therapy sessions across up to four Allo Health clinic locations.

This role involves working predominantly with adult male patients presenting with sexual health, performance, intimacy, and relationship-related concerns. Therapists in this role should be highly comfortable, confident, and clinically skilled in engaging men in ongoing therapeutic conversations around sexuality, identity, emotional regulation, and relational distress.

This position is best suited for therapists who see male sexual health as a meaningful and long-term area of clinical practice, rather than an occasional case type.

TYPICAL CASE WORK

Therapists in this role will regularly work with:

• Erectile dysfunction and sexual performance anxiety
• Premature ejaculation and desire-related concerns
• Pornography-related distress and compulsive behavior
• Vaginismus and pain during sex
• Masculinity, self-esteem, and identity-linked distress
• Relationship and intimacy challenges in adult male and female patients

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver structured therapy sessions (in-person and online)
• Maintain a minimum of 88 hours/month and up to 100 hours/month, including mandatory weekend availability
• Provide care in alignment with Allos structured training, therapy protocols, and clinical guidelines
• Engage in onboarding, continuous training, and periodic clinical audits led by Allos Clinical Excellence team
• Work closely with care coordinators to ensure scheduling efficiency, patient follow-ups, and continuity of care
• Uphold strict standards of patient confidentiality, telehealth compliance, and ethical clinical practice

THERAPIST MATCHING and ENGAGEMENT

• Patient matching may occur through algorithmic allocation or direct patient selection based on presenting concerns, language preference, therapist availability, and therapy approach
• Therapists are expected to maintain high engagement levels, session completion rates, and long-term therapeutic continuity

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

Therapist performance will be assessed on:

• Patient satisfaction scores (NPS and qualitative feedback)
• Clinical audit outcomes and adherence to protocols
• Session engagement, retention, and continuity metrics

PAYOUT & BENEFITS

• Guaranteed payout structure with revenue-share incentives for high-performing therapists

ELIGIBILTY & REQUIRMENT

• Postgraduate degree in Counselling Psychology or Clinical Psychology
• Minimum 1 years of therapy experience, including supervised clinical or pro-bono work during post-graduation
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Mandatory local language proficiency based on clinic location (Kannada Bangalore)
• Willingness to travel to up to 4 assigned clinic locations
• Comfort working within a hybrid care model (in-clinic + online)
• Strong communication skills, emotional attunement, and ethical clinical judgment
• High comfort level working with sexual health, intimacy, and performance-related concerns in adult male & female patients

PREFFERED ATTRIBUTES

• Prior experience in psychosexual therapy, mens mental health, or sexual medicine-adjacent settings
• Experience with digital or hybrid mental health platforms
• Strong alignment with Allo Healths clinical philosophy and structured care approach
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative in therapy work
• Adaptability to evolving care models, tools, and clinical systems
