Role Description

This is an on-site paid internship for Psychology students who have availability to work at least 6 hours a day in Malad Mindspace, Mumbai . Your primary responsibility will be communicating with prospective clients who need help, understand their concerns, psycho-educate and assign the right expert. Along with that, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining content on social media through Canva, conducting para-psychology tasks, first-responding, working collaboratively with other mental health professionals, & scheduling and maintaining confidential records. You will be a part of constant training programs and upskilling sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (undergoing or completed) in Clinical or Applied Psychology
• Strong knowledge and expertise in psychology, counselling, and mental health
• Willingness to communicate with prospective clients & first responding
• Basic understanding of psychological assessments & treatment plans
• Expertise in Canva & social media understanding
