We are looking for an Organizational Psychologist to help improve workplace effectiveness, employee engagement, and organizational performance through behavioral science and data-driven insights. This role will support initiatives that strengthen leadership development, culture, and employee experience across teams and enterprise clients.
Role Overview
As an Organizational Psychologist at Scry AI, you will apply psychological principles to understand employee behavior, improve team dynamics, and design strategies that enhance productivity and engagement. You will work closely with HR, leadership teams, and cross-functional departments to assess organizational challenges and develop evidence-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Organizational Assessment & Research
- Conduct organizational diagnostics, surveys, and behavioral assessments to understand workplace dynamics
- Analyze employee engagement, performance, and culture-related data to identify improvement areas
- Use psychological frameworks to interpret workforce behavior and organizational trends
Talent Development & Leadership Support
- Design and support leadership development and coaching initiatives
- Develop programs that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and team effectiveness
- Provide insights to HR and leadership teams on talent management and organizational growth
Workplace Strategy & Organizational Design
- Support initiatives related to organizational change, culture transformation, and workforce planning
- Recommend strategies to improve collaboration, productivity, and workplace well-being
- Assist in designing frameworks for performance management and team development
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with HR, leadership, and functional teams to implement people-focused strategies
- Present research findings and behavioral insights to leadership and decision-makers
- Provide guidance on building inclusive, high-performing, and psychologically safe workplaces
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Masters degree or PhD in Organizational Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or Behavioral Science
- 48 years of experience in organizational development, behavioral research, or HR consulting
- Strong understanding of employee engagement, leadership development, and workplace behavior
- Experience with survey design, data analysis, and organizational assessments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate behavioral insights into practical business recommendations
