Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to lead and manage mindset development

work within a structured coaching environment.

This role focuses on conducting 1:1 sessions with clients to address emotional blocks, past

experiences, trauma patterns, and behavioral challenges using neuro-programming

approaches and cognitive exercises that support personal growth and internal stability.

The position is execution-focused and operates outside long-term clinical therapy models.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 1:1 client sessions

Lead and manage the overall mindset development process within the program

Work with clients to identify and address:

Trauma patterns and emotional blocks

Negative thought loops

Behavioral limitations affecting progress

Guide clients through structured neuro-programming tools and cognitive exercises

Support emotional processing and psychological strengthening

Collaborate with program leadership on client progress direction

Maintain session documentation

Experience Required

34 years of hands-on experience working directly with clients (post qualification)

Experience handling adult emotional or behavioral challenges

Practical application of structured psychological techniques

Qualifications Masters Degree in Psychology

(Clinical / Counseling / Applied Psychology)

Psychologist
