Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Psychologist role based in Hyderabad. The Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, planning and implementing therapy sessions, providing counseling to children and their families, and collaborating with other specialists to develop comprehensive intervention plans. Additionally, the Psychologist will provide support to caregivers, maintain documentation, and contribute to ongoing research and workshops to advance therapeutic practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Psychology, including knowledge of child development and various psychological approaches
• Experience in conducting Psychological Assessments to diagnose and evaluate developmental delays or difficulties
• Skills in Counseling and supporting mental health, particularly for children and families
• Basic understanding of Medicine as it relates to developmental and psychological therapy
• Exceptional communication, empathy, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Master's degree (or higher) in Psychology or Psychiatric Social Work
• Relevant certifications or training in child and family therapy will be an advantage
