Responsibilities

Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities within PSU, Banks and expand into the same.

Respond to RFP's and follow up with prospects. Prepare and consolidate all documentation related to RFP like PQ and other document.

Read and understand all RFP terms and create synopsis and present the same with management

Utilizing a consultative approach, discuss business issues with prospect and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal or a formal sales presentation addressing their business needs.

Develop an account plan to sell to customers based on their business needs.

Build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts and new prospects.

Recommend marketing strategies.

Provide status information to your manager including forecast/pipeline information.

Provide or facilitate training opportunities for your accounts.

Identify customer references that can be utilized when reference selling.

Knowledge of PSU, Banking segment in west region (applications, infrastructure players, tendering process, and decision-making process)

Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills, including technical.

Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Backend team, Bid Desk, Presale, and Technical Team, Project Team.

Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques

An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems as well as the competitive landscape.

Ability to communicate with senior managers about their business challenges and solutions.

Experience using CRM software.


Good exposure to working on RFPs right from the initial stage to final negotiation and closure is essential. A working relationship with some of the large OEMs in the Security and Datacenter space is preferred An experience in working on large complex solutions would be an advantage. High energy, interpersonal skills, and HUNGER to win! The ideal candidate should have experience in the demand generation role of IT solutions. You should have an interest in learning, understanding and positioning technology. Learning includes one provided by the company but also includes a high degree of self-learning and interest in understanding the IT technology landscape and developments in this eld. An MBA with a specialization in Marketing or any related field is a plus. Strong listening skill and attention to detail.

CTC will be commensurate with experience.
