Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Vendor Onboarding:
• Deliver & Closure on VOB Timelines
• Prioritize negotiations of HIHR/MIMR/LILR parts
• Drive Supplier Panel Onboarding
• Debottleneck Negotiation issues on long lead items
• Convene Accessories & Spares negotiation forum & integrate with VOB
• Initiate crunching VOB timelines based on project deliverables & milestones
• Forum Approval if within SBC & against settled amount Supplier Management:
• Tapping Supplier network to Drive Technology solutions roadmap with CoEs during conceptualization phase
• Drive Capacity Planning at supplier end through Commodity Buyers
• Budgeting for Capex & Revenue (tooling)
• Spare Part Pricing & Availability
• YOY reduction monitoring
• Support & Drive cost reduction initiatives related to platform Trade-off / Deviations
• Suggest for “Delta” deviation on SBC based on project deliverables
