Ather wants to build strong digital infrastructure to ensure the work across the Sales organization is run in the most efficient manner. This would require building strong systems and tools which align strongly with the business processes in the Sales & Retail Partner organization. This also requires a keen eye to identify all the inefficiencies and automation opportunities in the processes and work towards implementing them.
We are looking for someone who can champion the cause, by being the business partner and evangelist for the digital transformation across various parts of the organization.
What you’ll do at Ather:
Business partner: As a Transformation lead you will be working with Product Owners/Business Owners of Sales & Retail Partner Management to gather requirements to solve business problems through process definitions, implementing digital solutions, process improvements (automation/lean-six sigma/velocity improvements etc).
You will need to help prepare a business case justifying the need of digitisation, and help prioritize between the various asks of the stakeholder
You will also champion the cause of your stakeholder with the information systems group. Ensuring the requirements are well understood and implemented.
Technology Evangelist: You will also be the evangelist for adoption of tools and digitisation efforts by identifying opportunities where use of technology can make org more efficient
Develop understanding of how most of the tools used by the stakeholders work, You will be part of both IS and relevant business swimlanes
Responsible for prioritizing tech implementation with IS PO assessing the cost - benefit and timeliness of the implementation.
Process champion: You will also act as the process champion helping the stakeholders develop the lean processes to meet their business objectives
Help converting the problem statement of the stakeholders into solutions by working with the tech team
Participate in early UATs of the solutions on behalf of the stakeholders and work towards ensuring adoption by training, awareness and hand holding post implementation
Here’s what we are looking for:
End to End Business Value Chain Understanding of Sales and Retail Partner processes
Ability to assess the need for a change from problem statements
Experience in Business Process designing, VSM, VSDiA
Basic understanding of IT tools architecture
Working knowledge of tools like ERP (SAP), Dealer Management System (SalesForce), IT system
Strong quantitative analytical skills, ROI and Business Value delivery
You Bring to Ather:
Bachelors/Masters Degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g. Engineering with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
Masters in Business Administration or equivalent from a premier B-school (Desirable)
Desirable Lean Six Sigma, DMADV and Lean understanding
