P&S Transformation Lead

You’ll be our: Transformation Lead - Charging Infrastructure

What you’ll do at Ather:

• Solution Design: As a Transformation lead you will be working with the Product Owners/Business Owner of Charging Infrastructure P&L to identify problem statements and opportunities and design process / system / combinatory solutions to address these business requirements. You will also drive the implementation of such solutions by driving the necessary internal and external alignment and prioritisation.

• Business partner: As a Transformation lead you will be working with the Product Owners/Business Owner of Charging Infrastructure P&L to gather requirements to solve business problems through process definitions, implementing digital solutions, process improvements (automation/lean-six sigma/velocity improvements etc).

You will help your stakeholders prepare a business case justifying the need of digitisation, and help prioritize between the various asks of the stakeholders.

You will champion their cause with the Ather Information Systems (IS) group, ensuring the requirements are well understood, assessing the cost - benefit and see through the implementation within mutually agreed timelines.

• Technology Evangelist: You will also be the evangelist for adoption of tools and digitisation efforts by identifying opportunities where use of technology can make the Business as well as the Org more efficient.

You need to develop a deep understanding of how the systems used by the stakeholders are designed and implemented, to identify improvement opportunities and potential bottlenecks and solve them through automation/lean-six sigma/velocity improvements etc. You will be part of both IS and relevant business swimlanes.

• Process champion: You will also act as the process champion helping the stakeholders develop the lean processes to meet their business objectives.

You will also help convert the problem statement of the stakeholders into technically feasible solutions by working with the tech team.

Participate in early UATs of the solutions on behalf of the stakeholders and work towards ensuring adoption by training, awareness and hand holding post implementation

Here’s what we are looking for:

• End-to-end understanding of Charing Infra & Service Monetisation business value chains

• Strong understanding of IT systems architecture

• Working knowledge of tools like ERP/SAP, CRM, Charging Management System, including cross-platform integrations

• Experience in designing / implementing Digital Service delivery models such as monetisation of EV charging services, charge point interoperability in the  in the Direct-to-Customer (D2C) space as well as the Business-to-Business (B2B) space

• Experience in designing / implementing Customer payment systems including postpaid & prepaid payments, payment gateway integration and Pre-paid Payment Instruments like Wallets

• Understanding of Financial Accounting principles and reconciliation requirements

• Ability to assess the need for a change from problem statements

• Strong quantitative analytical skills, ROI and Business Value delivery

• Rigor and commitment to meet and uphold the stringent quality and control mechanisms required for Financial Systems

• Superior communication, storytelling & negotiation skills

• Knowledge of Corporate Governance structures such as Layered Audits and ITGC

• Experience in Business Process designing, VSM, VSDiA

• Intrinsically motivated and collaborative

• Strong interpersonal skills

What you bring to Ather: (Education qualification)

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g. Engineering with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience 

• Masters in Business Administration or equivalent from a premier B-school (Desirable)

• Desirable Lean Six Sigma, DMADV and Lean understanding
