JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Process Consultant  who will provide insights on the provider data end to end. The incumbent will report to Assistant Manager / Manager – Business operations and must understand the business delivery metrics and should be coordinating with onshore partners as and when required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Responsible for accurate and timely maintenance of provider information on claims and provider databases. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Assists in synchronization of data among multiple claims systems and application of business rules as they apply to each database.
  • Validates the data to be housed on provider databases and ensuring adherence to business and system requirements of customers as it pertains to contracting, network management and credentialing.
  • Requires a 10+2+3 years of education; basic PC office software (especially MS Excel and MS Outlook); or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 0- 1 year of experience in claims processing, provider, or credentialing preferred.
  • Strong Analytical skills and have adequate expertise with data management along with strong oral and written communication skills.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in fine arts/ design
  • Non-BTech (preferably)

EXPERIENCE

  • 0-1+ years of overall experience in HealthCare Domain
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills & Communication skills

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Familiar with MS Office – basics (Excel/Power point/Outlook)
  • Very strong Communication & Comprehension skills
  • Excellent oral, written communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible to work in any shifts/Work from office
