Job Title - CashFutures & SLBM Arbitrage Dealer / Trader

Job Purpose

To identify, execute, and manage CashFutures and SLBM arbitrage opportunities while ensuring profitability, compliance, and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify arbitrage opportunities between Cash and Futures markets .
• Execute SLBM (Securities Lending & Borrowing Mechanism) trades efficiently.
• Monitor price spreads, funding costs, interest rates, and borrowing costs.
• Manage trade execution, rollovers, and square-offs as per strategy.
• Track daily MTM, P&L, margins, and exposure limits .
• Ensure timely settlement of SLBM and arbitrage positions.
• Coordinate with RMS, Back Office, and Compliance teams.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Equity Cash, Futures & SLBM .
• Knowledge of interest rate arbitrage, cost of carry, and margin framework .
• Ability to analyze spreads and execute trades quickly.
• Good understanding of risk management and compliance norms .
• Proficiency in Excel and Make Badla Sheet .

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• NISM Certifications (Equity Derivatives / Dealers Module) preferred.
• Prior experience on a prop desk or arbitrage desk is an advantage.
