Position: Propositions Manager - Creator
Location: Mumbai
Grade : AVP – M4/M5
About the Role
We’re looking for a Proposition Manager to create the strategy, development, and execution of innovative salary account propositions for India’s salaried professionals. If you’re passionate about customer experience, product innovation, and data-driven decision-making, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
✅ Customer-Centric Proposition Development – Use insights and analytics to design differentiated salary account offerings.
✅ Product Lifecycle Management – Drive ideation, launch, and continuous improvement of products.
✅ Go-to-Market Strategy – Plan and execute campaigns to boost adoption and engagement.
✅ Performance Optimization – Track KPIs (acquisition, activation, retention, profitability) and recommend improvements.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with Sales, Marketing, Tech, Risk, and corporate clients to deliver value.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience: 3+ years in product management, program management, or corporate/individual sales (Banking, Fintech, Financial Services, FMCG or Research Agency preferred).
✔ Skills: Strong analytical ability, problem-solving, Excel, and presentation skills.
✔ Mindset: Agile, collaborative, and customer-first.
✔ Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Perplexity), design tools (Figma, Canva), and project tools (Whimsical, Jira).
