Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Proposal & Tendering Manager. The role involves managing the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams for accurate documentation and cost estimations. Responsibilities also include strategizing procurement, supporting sales efforts by preparing proposals, evaluating project requirements, and collaborating with project management teams to develop competitive and feasible bids. The Proposal & Tendering Manager will play a key role in driving business opportunities and executing successful project bids.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tender Management, including handling tender processes, preparing and submitting detailed tender documents
• Experience in Tender Preparation and Procurement with a strong ability to source materials and services effectively
• Strategic Sales expertise to support proposal development and ensure alignment with client requirements
• Knowledge in Project Management to assess project feasibility, coordinate with internal teams, and develop competitive bids
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of environmental technologies or the industrial water and wastewater treatment sector is must
