Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Proposal Engineer role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with sales and procurement teams, and integrating engineering expertise into project planning. The role also involves client communication to understand project requirements, developing cost estimates, and ensuring proposals align with customer needs and company standards.

• Qualifications

• Proficiency in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing to develop detailed technical and commercial documents.
• Strong knowledge in WTP, ETP, CPU, PCTP, STP including knowledge of relevant systems and processes.
• Experience in Sales, with the ability to interact with clients and understand their requirements effectively.
• Skills in Procurement, ensuring efficient collaboration with suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Background in water and wastewater treatment systems.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
