Position Name: Engineer / Sr. Engineer Proposals

Responsibilities of the Role

• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing all the enquiry data and study in detail.
• Selection of the best proposal based on inputs & discussion with customer, sales engineers and internal guidelines.
• Preparation of techno-commercial proposal for the desired solution of waste management & co-processing.
• Various machine technical details to be reviewed for correct selection and put forth in proposal with detailed scope matrix.
• Commercial offer terms writing.
• Customer vendors portals enquiry to be checked and offers upload and co-ordinate for the purchase order.
• Project budget calculations by taking appropriate internal & external cost and in consultation with management guidelines.
• Preparation of project investment budget for client, providing the best reliable data for ROI.
• Responsible for sales growth in the field of Cement

Requirements of the Role

2 - 5 years' experience in Sales / Marketing & proposal preparation

• Sound knowledge of machine proposals, municipal waste handling is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to understand and follow AltSF Company process as well as their clients policies and procedures

Education:

• A bachelors degree in engineering OR equivalent
