Job Description

Role Summary:

As a Proposal Enablement in our Sales Excellence function, you will support our firm's approach for equipping partners and professionals with self-service and low-touch support needed to create winning proposals across our tax, audit, and advisory service lines, including the tools, content, and capabilities. You'll develop innovative self-service and low-touch solutions that transform how our business leverages institutional knowledge, best practices, and market insights throughout the proposal process. You'll support content repositories and proposal automation tools that balance ease-of-use with rigorous quality control. From day one, you'll be empowered by technology platforms and cross-functional partnerships to establish a proposal enablement ecosystem that supports business growth.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing and curating content repositories that house proposal templates, qualification statements, case studies, and client testimonials
  • Working to implement automation and AI-powered solutions that enhance content discovery, personalization, and proposal assembly
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with proposal creation teams to understand their proposal needs and tailor enablement solutions
  • Following governance frameworks for managing confidential and need-to-know information while ensuring appropriate access for specific proposal opportunities
  • Developing metrics and analytics capabilities to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact of proposal enablement tools and resources
  • Creating and delivering training programs that help professionals effectively utilize self-service proposal resources
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Orchestrating the integration of proposal enablement tools with CRM systems, knowledge management platforms, and other business applications
  • Establishing quality control mechanisms that ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across self-service proposal outputs
  • Other duties as assigned


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management, or related field preferred
  • 2-7 years of progressive experience in sales enablement, proposal development, or content management
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful proposal enablement systems in complex professional services environments
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of content management architectures, metadata taxonomies, and information governance principles
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI, automation, and digital tools to enhance proposal development processes
  • Advanced knowledge of professional services offerings, value propositions, and competitive differentiators
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at the partner and executive level
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Deep understanding of proposal development best practices and B2B decision-making processes
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
