About the Role:

Union Living is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our Baner property. The role focuses on ensuring smooth site management, maintaining high living standards, and delivering a seamless resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property.
• Handle tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
• Address and resolve resident concerns promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure property upkeep.
• Maintain records of occupancy, payments, and expenses.
• Support leasing and operations teams with property updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 23 years of experience in property management, co-living, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
