Candidates without prior real estate sales experience will not be considered.

Open Positions:

Property Advisor

Salary: Upto 3.6 Lacs CTC + Attractive Incentives

Experience: 3 12 months in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory)

Senior Property Advisor

Salary: Upto 5.4 Lacs CTC + Attractive Incentives

Experience: 1 3 years in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory)

Role Responsibilities:

Handle residential real estate sales (Primary Market)

Attend to qualified leads generated by the company marketing team

Conduct site visits & client meetings

Follow-up, negotiate & close deals

Achieve monthly targets

Maintain CRM discipline

Leads will be generated and provided by the company marketing team. Your focus is conversion & closing.
