Hiring: Forward Deployment + Prompt Engineer

Were looking for a Forward Deployment + Prompt Engineer to help design, test, and deploy AI agents in real customer environments.

What youll do:

• Draft and refine high-quality prompts for AI agents
• Perform QA and testing to ensure agents behave reliably
• Work closely with the engineering team to deploy solutions for customers
• Join customer calls to understand requirements and troubleshoot agent behavior
• Continuously improve prompt performance and workflows

Requirements:

• Strong experience with prompt engineering / LLM workflows
• Ability to test, evaluate, and debug AI agent outputs
• Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining technical solutions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Spanish language skills
