Prompt Engineer – Content Creation

About the Role

Were building an AI-generated virtual influencer on Instagram from zero to scale.

This role is for someone who genuinely lives and breathes social media. Youll be creating content daily, posting consistently, tracking growth, and evolving the influencers personality using AI tools.

Beyond growth, the account has a clear objective: onboard users into an exclusive membership through smart content and storytelling (not hard selling).

You own content, growth, and conversion.

What Youll Do

Daily Content & Posting

• Create and post 3-4 Instagram Posts/ Reels daily
• Use AI tools to generate:
• Hooks & scripts
• Captions & CTAs
• Story content
• Video content
• Maintain a consistent AI influencer voice, tone, and personality
• Edit videos using CapCut (mandatory) / InShot

Prompt Engineering

• Write, test, and refine prompts to improve:
• Content quality
• Engagement
• Reach & watch time
• Build reusable prompt templates for fast daily output

Growth & Optimization

• Spot trends, memes, and formats early
• Optimise posting time, hooks, hashtags, and formats
• Track performance and double down on what works

Membership Onboarding

• Design content that nudges users toward exclusive membership
• Write soft-sell CTAs via captions, Stories, pinned posts, and Highlights
• Drive profile visits, DMs, and link clicks
• Support simple funnel: content trust membership

Success Metrics

• Daily posting consistency
• Follower growth rate
• Reel reach, views, and engagement
• Profile visits & link clicks
• Exclusive membership sign-ups driven via Instagram

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & growth mechanics
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation
• Ability to write effective prompts
• Fast, clean Reel editing skills (CapCut required)
• Good writing skills (English + internet/Indian tone)
• Clear thinking around hooks, storytelling, and audience psychology
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, daily-execution environment

Should Have

• Experience growing a personal, creator, or theme page
• Meme culture & trend awareness
• Understanding of funnels or conversions
• Experience with AI avatars or virtual influencers
