Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end promo strategy
• Conceptualize and oversee promos, teasers, hooks & trailers
• Manage and mentor a team of editors
• Drive performance-led creatives (CTR, retention, conversions)
• Run structured A/B testing on hooks, formats, and storytelling
• Leverage trends, meme culture, and platform-native formats
• Build scalable promo playbooks for consistent output
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing & Content teams

Qualifications

• 67 years in OTT / digital media (e.g., Pocket TV, KUKU FM)
• Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives
• Proven experience in team leadership
• Hands-on with editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong instinct for viral storytelling & pacing
