Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Support Coordinator based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will assist with project coordination, provide administrative support, and ensure efficient project execution. Key responsibilities include monitoring project progress, scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and communicating updates to team members and stakeholders. The Project Support Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring organized workflows and timely completion of deliverables.

Experience: 2-3 years

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Support and Project Coordination to drive efficient delivery within timelines
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Experience in Administrative Assistance, including maintaining accurate documentation and scheduling
• Detail-oriented, organized approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is advantageous
