Project Sales( Tile adhesive)- Mumbai

Job Description:

• Acquire new customers and build a robust, high-quality sales pipeline
• Manage, nurture, and grow existing customer accounts
• Lead customer onboarding, engagement, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Achieve defined acquisition and revenue targets
• Share basic MIS and sales performance reports

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven customer-centric and result-driven sales approach
• Sound understanding of Drymix products, including: Tile Adhesives, Wall Putty, Ready Mix Plasters
• Strong technical knowledge of cement, polymers, minerals, and their role in product performance
• Ability to understand and explain performance parameters and product specifications
• Experience dealing with project engineers at construction sites is highly preferred
• Have atleast 4-10 years of industry experience in sales of Drymix products such Tile Adhesives, Wall putty, Ready Mix plasters.
• The travelling in involved PAN India basis.
