Job Description

We are hiring for a Project Sales Manager to drive specification-led, project-based sales for sports infrastructure and construction solutions in the Hyderabad market.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong exposure to builders, architects, PMCs, and contractors, and hands-on experience influencing specifications and converting large infrastructure or real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive project sales with builders, developers, architects, PMCs, and contractors
  • Identify upcoming projects early and influence product specifications
  • Engage with architects and consultants to position technical solutions
  • Manage multiple projects across different stagesfrom design to execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support project closures and delivery
  • Own revenue targets and build a strong project pipeline

Who Should Apply

  • 37+ years of experience in project / specification sales
  • Background from sports infrastructure, building materials, construction products, or allied industries (elevators, flooring, paints, cement, construction chemicals, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of technical or engineering-driven products
  • Comfortable working on-site and engaging in technical discussions
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred (Civil / Mechanical), or equivalent technical exposure
  • Based in Hyderabad with strong local market familiarity
