Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager with over 10 years of proven experience managing large-scale IT and software delivery projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with exceptional project and client management skills, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery that meets business objectives. This role demands a leader capable of managing multiple teams, stakeholders, vendors, and projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Leadership:

• Own end-to-end project and program delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary interface for clients, translating business requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Manage third-party vendors and contractors to ensure adherence to delivery commitments.

Technical & Operational Oversight:

• Understand system architectures, integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise solutions.
• Assess technical feasibility and provide guidance for tools, platforms, and solutions.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively.

Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure projects follow organizational standards, IT governance, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance, testing, and security validation activities.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.

Process & Methodology Excellence:

• Implement and manage Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, team productivity, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 10+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 5 years in client-facing IT delivery roles.
• Strong technical background (applications, cloud, infrastructure, enterprise solutions).
• Proven track record delivering enterprise IT projects (ERP, SaaS, Cloud migrations, integrations).
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and familiarity with Waterfall.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• PMP or similar certifications preferred.
