What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager III is responsible for leading internal projects end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery within defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. This role drives disciplined project planning, execution, and control while coordinating cross‑functional teams, internal stakeholders, and third‑party partners to develop effective solutions to internal business challenges.
This position will directly support the Americas region—North America and Laser Latin America—while also contributing to projects with global scope. The role plays a key part in driving innovation, identifying new ways of operating, improving processes, and enabling more efficient, scalable, and customer‑focused outcomes across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage small to medium‑scale internal projects from initiation through closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, action logs, schedules, and communication plans.
- Coordinate cross‑functional project teams across North America, Laser Latin America, and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Conduct needs assessments, gather and analyze data, and evaluate solution feasibility for business problems.
- Support product and solution development with strong analytical insights and documentation.
- Champion innovation by proposing new tools, methods, and approaches that enhance project delivery and operational effectiveness.
- Facilitate process design discussions, assess solution alternatives, and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovative practices.
- Prepare and lead internal communications, status updates, and presentations for regional and global leadership.
- Support change management initiatives, including impact analysis, readiness activities, and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain strong governance through risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards, quality expectations, and performance metrics.

What you need to bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of project or program management experience in an operations, IT, or business environment.
- Experience supporting Americas regions and collaborating with global teams.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Practical experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma (preferred).
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification preferred.
