Job Description
- Prepare and maintain baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Preparation & Verification of Project Schedule and Tracking of Projects as per approved Timelines
- Develop WBS, activity sequencing, logic links, and milestones.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules (weekly / monthly).
- Update schedules based on actual progress and site inputs.
- Monitor physical progress against baseline schedules.
- Identify schedule slippages, delays, and critical path activities.
- Conduct delay analysis and propose recovery plans.
- Track productivity and manpower deployment.
- Prepare manpower, material, and equipment deployment plans.
- Monitor resource utilization and optimize productivity.
- Coordinate with procurement for material delivery schedules
