Job Location – Bangalore

Experience – 5-8 years of experience in Clinical Trial Management, including minimum 2 years in Project Management

Tools Required - Planisware tool experience is preferred with knowledge of MS Project & risk management.

Educational Qualification(s) Required – Any Life Science Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• The Pipeline Project Management (PPM) organization mission is to anticipate and orchestrate the unique combination of projects plans, people and budget that accelerate the delivery of the new drugs and vaccines to the patients who need them. Our goal is to accelerate the delivery by streamlining the process that brings new drugs and vaccines to market. PPM is responsible for working across matrix teams to deliver robust scenario planning, to optimize ambitious critical paths, and to deliver those projects on time and on budget by anticipating the complex interdependencies that must be managed to execute project plans flawlessly. This is critical for ensuring excellence in Project Management. In that context, the Project Planning Manager works in partnership with the Pipeline Project Manager within a given therapeutic area to develop, improve and maintain optimal integrated planning and support project management activities. This role will ensure excellence in several key areas: managing the project schedule, forecasting, and controlling resource and budget, providing monthly dashboard updates on progress, ensuring a rigorous risk management strategy is in place and supporting project documentation/ information management.
