Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Project Manager - Restaurant, based in Bengaluru. The Project Manager will oversee restaurant operations, coordinate logistics, and manage project timelines to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities include orchestrating expediting activities, conducting inspections, and ensuring all operational and quality standards are met. The role will also involve working closely with multiple teams to drive efficiency across processes and facilitate successful project completion.


Key Responsibilities

New Store Projects

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of new stores from site handover to store launch
  • Work closely with designers, architects, and contractors to meet brand and operational standards
  • Ensure timelines, budgets, and approvals are in place and tracked
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, Marketing, Finance) for smooth openings

Maintenance & Renovations

  • Oversee upkeep and periodic upgrades of existing stores
  • Plan and execute renovation projects with minimal business disruption
  • Address repair issues quickly and cost-effectively
  • Manage service vendors and ensure quality standards

Project Management & Compliance

  • Create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Track costs and highlight overruns with recommendations
  • Ensure all work complies with local regulations and safety norms
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords and property partners

Vendor Relations

  • Lead external contractors and internal project staff
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
  • Provide regular updates to management on project status and risks
